The heart is in Città di Castello, the eyes look far away. The Cortesi Real Estate agency was born in 2012 from the intuition of its founder Roberto Cortesi, who, guided by his entrepreneurial talent and love for the Umbrian-Tuscan territory, opened the first Cortesi Immobiliare office in Città di Castello.
Over the past twelve years, the Group has experienced significant growth, consolidating its presence with 19 strategic locations throughout the region, including five on the Marche Riviera, and a team that has made excellence its true motto.
The success of Cortesi Real Estate is the result of winning entrepreneurial choices, such as opening up to the foreign market, and is above all the fruit of work that has always been based on solid principles: ethics, fairness and empathy are the values that have made Cortesi Real Estate the reality it is today.

Matteo Serpolini — Real Estate Agent
Matteo Serpolini is Sales Director at Cortesi Real Estate Agency, where he leads the development of the luxury real estate segment. With a strategic approach and in-depth market knowledge, he supports clients and investors in high-profile transactions, distinguishing himself through his vision, reliability, and negotiating skills. He is the author of the book Sotto la mia ala, in which he describes the values that inspire his work: responsibility, dedication, and transparency.
Dalila Rauch — Office Coordinator
Dalila has a solid background in high-end hospitality and international relations. As the agency's Office Coordinator, she combines expertise, precision, and discretion, offering impeccable support in multicultural environments. She speaks five languages and handles every situation with professionalism, attention to detail, and a spirit of service. Diego Benegiamo — Real Estate Photographer
Diego has been interested in photography and videography since he was young, cultivating a deep passion for visual communication. After professional experience in international settings—including musical events, corporate productions, and weddings—he has honed his technique and artistic sensibility. Since 2024, he has collaborated with Cortesi Luxury Real Estate as head of photography and video production for the agency's website, social media channels, and YouTube. He speaks fluent Italian and English.
Alessia Marconi — Graphic Designer
After graduating with honors in Design from the Academy of Fine Arts, she launched her own business as a freelance graphic designer during her studies. Her experiences abroad refined her English language skills and broadened her international design vision. In 2024, she contributed to the creation of the brand and corporate identity for Cortesi Luxury Real Estate. Passionate about art, architecture, and luxury brands, she combines creativity with design rigor.
